Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Barry provided me with excellent lessons, being consistently calm, supportive and professional, and providing really useful and relevant advice which enabled me to improve my driving skills and my confidence. His lessons prepared me incredibly well for both my driving test and for my subsequent independent driving, and I’d highly recommend him!

To see how far he has progressed is a pleasure. His attention to detail is exceptional. Very calm under pressure. Highly recommended.

Historical Pass Rate Statistics (2024–2025)

Understanding local test centre data can help manage expectations, though your personal readiness is always the biggest factor in success. Here is how our local centres performed over the past year:

Test Centre	Overall Pass Rate	Route Characteristics
High Wycombe	50.1%	Features a mix of demanding urban roads, busy roundabouts, and rural routes.
Aylesbury	48.7%	Sits right at the national average, testing a solid mix of dual carriageways and town driving.
Leighton Buzzard	51.1%	Often slightly above average; routes cover local residential estates and the bypass.

Learning to drive is a major milestone, and having a dedicated, independent instructor ensures you receive consistent, high-quality tuition every time you get in the car.
